The villa

Single-storey villa with a surface area of approx. 115m2, plus 15m2 for the independent bedroom.
The villa is set in grounds of approx. 1500m2, and features a heated 8x4m saltwater swimming pool (not necessary in July and August).

The villa features a beautiful living room of over 50 m2 with lounge, dining area and open-plan kitchen with laundry/storeroom. Large bay window opens onto a shaded terrace (with plancha).

Open, fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, 2 Dolce Gusto and filter coffee makers, hob, large fridge, oven, microwave...) Storeroom with washing machine.

The sleeping area in the main house comprises 3 bedrooms,

The exterior

The 8×4m saltwater swimming pool is equipped with 8 deckchairs and parasols for your comfort, as well as outdoor lounges for aperitifs. The main terrace is well shaded for meals (barbecue and gas plancha).
