Would you like to rent it out, but don't have the time or resources to look after it yourself? Are you looking for people you can trust to listen to your needs and advise you?
We have experience of seasonal rentals in southern Corsica, and we practice our profession with a smile and efficiency. We offer several formulas: rotation management, rental management or property management.
Property Management
We take care of your home all year round. Regular monitoring visits (to identify and assess any damage). Occasional visits due to adverse weather conditions.
We manage winter cleaning, open your property and make it accessible to various service providers (swimming pool, garden maintenance...).
We'll be happy to draw up a customized contract for you.
