The modern kitchen, open to the living room, is fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, microwave, food processor, Nespresso...), with a cellar area for laundry and storage.

On the same floor, an en-suite bedroom with 180cm bed, TV, Italian shower room, wc, opening onto the terrace with sea view.

The Outdoors

The villa is bordered by a 3,000m2 plot under development, with breathtaking sea views and south-facing exposure. It features an outdoor dining room for meals, a summer lounge and a plancha. The various terraces on the pool level are naturally shaded by wild olive and arbutus trees. The 13 x 3.6 m heated pool is secured by a roller shutter and has an outdoor shower room.
