La Villa

The villa was built in 2023 on the heights of Arasu, close to the Cabanon Bleu beach. The wood gives it a warm, welcoming atmosphere, and the top-of-the-range furnishings ensure comfort and design.
The property comprises an entrance hall leading to a living-dining room with large windows opening onto a terrace sheltered by a wooden pergola with lounge area and outdoor dining area.

The kitchen opens onto the living room and is fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso...).

The rooms are all air-conditioned and are divided as follows:
- bedroom with 160×200cm bed, TV, opening onto terrace, wardrobe, separate Italian shower room

Mezzanine with sofa bed for 5th bed
Second bedroom with 160×200cm bed, separate Italian-style shower room, tv, wardrobe

The Outdoors

Set in grounds of approx. 319m2 with sea views and south-east exposure, terrace with dining area, summer lounge and plancha. Heated swimming pool, 4mx2.50m, secured by roller shutter. 

Services included 

Weekly cleaning 4 hours per week
Household linen and end-of-stay cleaning.

Non-Saturday to Saturday stays possible.
