The villa
Petra Rossa, a modern villa built in 2015 on the heights of Arasu, near the Bleu Cabanon beach.
The villa consists of an entrance, which accesses a large dining room, benefiting from large openings on the sea, and opening onto a sheltered terrace with a wooden pergola with lounge space and an outdoor dining room.
The fully furnished kitchen with central island (dishwasher, oven, microwave, robot, nespresso, etc.). Adjusting there is a cellar space: laundry room and storage.
The all air -conditioned rooms are distributed as follows:
on the left wing of the villa two bedrooms in suite with 160 × 200 bed, walk -in shower room, TV, Bluetooth speaker and with a terrace opening onto the sea view.
On the right wing, a half -level bedroom with 160 × 200 bed, Italian shower room, TV, Bluetooh speaker and an open terrace on the sea view. The fourth bedroom is at the pool terrace, has a 160 × 200 bed + 1 bunk bed (2 × 80), shower room, TV, Bluetooth speaker.
The studio
An independent 35m2 studio is located on the lower level, and offers a bedroom with a 140 × 200 bed, a living room as well as an equipped kitchen, TNT TV, open on a shaded terrace.
Exteriors
A landscaped land of 1500m2 borders the villa, with a breathtaking sea view and a south -facing exhibition. Surrounded by furnished terraces with dining area, plancha beautiful summer living room. The 8 x 4.5m swimming pool is heated and secured by roller shutter. The pool is equipped with deckchairs and a shade sail. Ping ping pong table.
The villa can also accommodate 12 people with an independent studio.
Services included
