The villa
Casa Rocca, a modern villa built in 2015 on the heights of Arasu, near Cabanon Bleu beach. The villa consists of an entrance hall leading to a spacious living and dining room with large windows overlooking the sea, opening onto a terrace sheltered by a wooden pergola with a lounge area and outdoor dining space.
The fully equipped kitchen with central island (dishwasher, oven, microwave, food processor, Nespresso machine…), with a pantry area: laundry and storage.
All rooms are air-conditioned and are distributed as follows:
on the left wing of the villa two en suite bedrooms with 160×200 bed, walk-in shower, tv, bluetooth speaker and having a terrace with sea view.
On the right wing, there are two bedrooms on the pool terrace level. One has a queen-size bed (160x200cm), a walk-in shower, a TV, a Bluetooth speaker, and a terrace with a sea view.
The fourth bedroom has a queen-size bed (160x200cm) and a bunk bed (2x80cm), a shower room, a TV, and a Bluetooth speaker.
The studio
An independent 35m2 studio is located on the lower level, and offers a bedroom with a 140 × 200 bed, a living room as well as an equipped kitchen, TNT TV, open on a shaded terrace.
Exteriors
A landscaped garden of 1500m2 surrounds the villa, offering breathtaking sea views and a south-facing aspect. It features several furnished terraces, including one for dining, a summer lounge, and a plancha grill.
The 8 x 4.5m swimming pool is heated and secured by a roller shutter and has an outdoor shower room. You will find sun loungers and a shade sail, a pétanque court and a ping-pong table.
The villa is also available in a 4-bedroom version without the studio.
