On the left wing of the Villa two bedrooms in suite with 160 × 200 bed, Italian shower room, TV, Bluetooth speaker and having a terrace with sea view.
On the right wing, two bedrooms at the pool terrace. One with 160 × 200 bed, Italian shower room, TV, Bluetooth speaker and a terrace open to the sea view.
The fourth bedroom, has a 160 × 200 bed + 1 bunk bed (2 × 80), shower room, TV, Bluetooth speaker.
The studio
An independent 35m2 studio is located on the lower level, and offers a bedroom with a 140 × 200 bed, a living room as well as an equipped kitchen, TNT TV, open on a shaded terrace.
Exteriors
A landscaped land of 1500m2 borders the villa, with a breathtaking sea view and a south -facing exhibition. It offers several furnished terraces including one for meals, summer fair, plancha.
The 8 x 4.5m swimming pool is heated and secured by a roller shutter and has an outdoor bathroom. You will find deckchairs and a shade sail, a pétanque ground and a ping pong table.
The villa is also available in 4 -bedroom version without the studio.
