The villa
With a large covered terrace overlooking the swimming pool and facing the sea, the villa will welcome every moment of idleness and shared meals. In the shade of its arbor, you will find in addition to large tables for your lunches, a lounge area with sofa and outdoor armchairs.
The kitchen with its central island opens onto a dining room adjoining the living room with its 2 white sofas and welcoming a fireplace. These living parts brought together under the same volume benefit from large bay windows with gallery (completely entering the walls) in order to erase all the limits between the interior and the exterior. The sea is constantly in sight.
Here, blue is in order, between the sky and the sea, it serves as a backdrop for a modern and refined decoration.
Night part, the villa is ideally arranged offering 5 bedrooms and 3 shower rooms. We find this way: 2 bedrooms with a large bed, 2 shower rooms, 2 bedrooms with 2 beds in 90cm (one more with a lean bed) as well as a master suite with its private bathroom and WC.
Exterior
The heated swimming pool with its generous dimensions: 11 mx 5 m is below living rooms. Outdoor shower and barbecue decorate the exterior of the villa.
