Located 13 km from Porto-Vecchio between the beautiful beaches of St Cyprien and Pinarello , in a peaceful little development of 8 houses.

The villa

This contemporary villa rental exudes a very Mediterranean and cozy atmosphere, ideal for vacations with family or friends.
Its heated swimming pool is secured by an electric shutter. A wooden deck surrounds the pool with lounge chairs or armchairs for napping in the shade. A beautiful lawn area borders the pool, all within a small, quiet estate of only seven villas. The house is fully fenced and closed by an electric gate.

The villa consists as follows:

• • Entry on clearance with storage and independent WC

• • Beautiful bright living space, open to the terrace side pool side with lounge area and dining area.

• • Fully equipped kitchen (American fridge, Nespresso coffee machine and filter, oven, etc.) it opens onto the terrace shaded by a pretty wooden pergola with an outdoor table and a plancha.

Night part:

• • Room 1 and 2: Two single beds (90 × 200) with the possibility of gathering them to form a large bed, each including its shower room.

• • Independent WC

• • Room 3 and 4: Queen size bed (160 × 200) with storage and each its shower room and WC. Access on the pool terrace.

Exteriors:

You will find beautiful wooden terraces equipped for relaxation or meals. A heated swimming pool, with a dimensions of 10.5x4m, secured by an electric roller shutter. As well as parking for your cars with parking closed by electric gate.
