The property comprises an entrance hall leading to a living and dining room with large windows opening onto a terrace sheltered by a wooden pergola, complete with a lounge area and outdoor dining space. The fully equipped kitchen, open to the living area, includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, and more. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and are laid out as follows: One bedroom with a 160x200cm bed, TV, opening onto the terrace, wardrobe, and separate walk-in shower. Upstairs: Mezzanine with sofa. Second bedroom with a 160x200cm bed, separate walk-in shower, TV, and wardrobe. Outside: On a plot of approximately 319m² with sea views and a southeast exposure, there is a furnished terrace for dining, a summer lounge, and a plancha grill.
