The sleeping part is in a lower half level, with 2 parental bedrooms on one side:

• A master bedroom with a bed in 180, TV, terrace, and its independent bathroom with bathtub
• A second master bedroom in 160 bed with terrace and private shower room

Preceded by a large library, the night part dedicated to children, with a beautiful dormitory bedroom made up of 2 single beds and a bunk bed, open on the wooden terrace on the ground floor, shaded, on garden and sea view.

On the property, an independent room welcomes 2 people, ideal for your guests or for a couple. It offers air conditioning, and a shower room, as well as its individual terrace.

The house offers a terrace on the sea on the sea, and a large leisure space on the other side, with beautiful pétanque space, ping pong table, and above all a magnificent pool house with its equipped kitchen, large dining table, plancha (kitchen renovated in 2019, frigos, gas, oven, sink ...), which will allow you to enjoy in all conviviality, between a swim in the pool, and a part of the country, south.
