The exterior

Terrace shaded by a bio-climatic pergola, facing the sea with the Genoese tower of Pinarello and the maquis as your only neighbors. The outdoor dining area is well equipped with a large dining table, gas plancha and summer kitchen, allowing you to enjoy convivial moments with family or friends. A large terrace with sun loungers around the pool and a jacuzzi.

On the ground floor, a beautiful petanque court, and above all a very large wellness area with gym and hammam. The gym is equipped with "Nordic Track" cardio machines connected to Ifit virtual coach: treadmill, bike, rowing machine, elliptical trainer, and a multi-musculation machine, punching bag, TRX.
