The main living space is made up of a living room with sofas and dining table, an open kitchen, all open on the terrace with sea view.

Main level, - a bedroom with double bed in 160cm, TV, storage, on terrace - a bedroom with 2 single beds (possibility of double bed), open on a pretty isolated and sheltered terrace - bathroom with bathtub
At the lower level: - A children's bedroom with 2 bunk beds, large shower room with toilet, storage, children's laundry games with washing machine and dryer access to the garden and gate to the beach

Beautiful terrace with table for your outdoor meals, swimming pool area with a salt swimming pool, 5x8m dimensions, secured by an alarm. Benches with shade sail, deckchairs around the swimming pool, barbecue. A beautiful sandy beach is located opposite the villa, an outdoor shower allows you to get out of the beach. Large terraces fitted with a magnificent view of the Capicciola bay
Household linen is provided, as well as 3 hours of cleaning in the week included in the price.
