The Capicciola villa rental located in the south of Corsica, is just a few kilometers from Porto-Vecchio and close to the beaches of St Cyprien in the peaceful Capicciola area, sandy beach at 30m.
The Capicciola private domain is about 15 minutes from the old town of Porto-Vecchio. Splendid privileged place which allows access to the confidential beach of the estate, to the family and peaceful atmosphere.
The villa rental, on the front line of the estate, is located 30m from the beach, which you can reach on foot, safely.
The villa
The house is fully air conditioned.
The main living space is made up of a living room with sofas and dining table, an open kitchen, all open on the terrace with sea view.
Sleeping area
At the main level:
- A bedroom with a 160cm double bed, TV, storage, and access to a terrace
- a bedroom with 2 single beds (possibility of a double bed), opening onto a lovely secluded and sheltered terrace
- bathroom with bathtub
At the lower level:
- a children's bedroom with 2 bunk beds, large shower room with toilet, storage, children's games
- Laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
Access to the garden and the gate to the beach.
Exterior
A beautiful terrace with a table for outdoor dining, a pool area with a
5 x 8m saltwater pool secured by an alarm.
Sun loungers with shade sails, deck chairs around the pool, and a barbecue are also provided.
A lovely sandy beach is located opposite the villa, and an outdoor shower allows you to rinse off after a day at the beach.
Spacious furnished terraces offer magnificent views of the Capicciola bay.
Included services: Linen is provided, as well as 3 hours of cleaning during the week and end-of-stay cleaning (excluding barbecue and rubbish).
