An elevator connects the 2 levels of the villa. It can be activated on request. In this case, the closed garage of 46m2 is also accessible.

Exteriors:

On a 2000m2 plot of land on a hillside, facing southeast, you can enjoy a commanding view from the terraces offering exceptional views.
Different shade sails on the facade allow for the management of shade and light by zones, including the dining area.
A summer kitchen equipped with 2 gas griddles allows you to prepare meals in a convivial atmosphere facing the sea.
The 64m2 saltwater pool, with its 10m2 beach area for children and adults alike, seems to touch the sea in the distance along its nearly 15m infinity edge. Safety is ensured by an electric roller shutter.
